Day two B12 Shot/slow day

Not much today, just lot of work at home and I felt tired today. Dr added cod liver oil, a new adrenaline support tablet and continue on Basic Cell Energy tablet. Hurt my back pulling the stake out of the ground that I use for my mini horse to tie to. Used ice pack and IB. Feeling down.
